Party's Over!

For three years this web site served a valuable purpose. It warned people, and in quite some detail, about RC Sproul Jr's cultic and abusive St. Peter Presbyterian Church, and it warned them against his fundraising scam, masquerading as a "ministry," the Highlands Study Center.

The goal of issuing a public warning has been adequately accomplished, and so it's time to draw it to a close. RC Sproul Jr's drinking abuses (all in the name of "moderation" and "Christian liberty") have been adequately exposed. So too have his ecclesiastical tyrannies, various moral failures, and many examples of his glaring hypocrisies, not to mention the defrocking-refrocking scandal.

We're sad to report though that the exposure hasn't resulted in RC Sproul Jr changing his bahavior in any significant way. It would have been great if this web site could have provoked him to do some serious soul searching, but we never counted on that happening.

For years RC was able to get away with his abuses, largely because few people knew, and those that did know weren't talking about it. That's no longer the case. The only people that RC Sproul Jr can continue abusing anymore are those who want to be abused.
